INSTRUCTIONS

Fill the Application Form properly with valid information. Make sure your email and phone number are personal to you and valid as well

Fill the form and save it for subsequent updates until final submission by clicking Save Form button. For the applicant to call up his/her form, he/she needs to click on Resume Application link, fill out the appropriate information needed and click on Retrieve Application button. If supplied information are valid, the system calls up the form with pre-loaded information previously filled by the applicant.
Fill the form and submit outrightly by clicking Submit Application button, which locks your application without subsequent access to continue editing.

When the form is finally completed and submitted, a link to proceed to online payment with REMITA appears if you had chosen to pay using REMITA as well as another link for downloading the Application Form in PDF format. These links are sent also to your supplied EMAIL account.
Downloaded application form at this stage after payment, will declare approval status as PENDING until your application form is approved and application status as COMPLETED.
